Sovereign Self Defense was founded by United States Marine Corps combat veteran Alejandro Borgos and his wife, Samantha Borgos. Together, they are deeply committed to building a community of self-reliant individuals who can protect themselves and lead their families with confidence. While this may be their business, Alex and Samantha have devoted their entire lives to this mission, driven by a genuine passion to empower others
Problem:
Sovereign Self Defense relied heavily on referrals to get new clients, they where unsure of where there next client would come from. They didn’t have a working performance marketing strategy and sales where slow.
Thought Process in discovering a solution:
They have a great service - however they needed customers and volume, and students in seats for there training. We also knew that this space was regulated and had to get creative to get ads approved - that said - we launched a robust meta marketing strategy on a local level to bring in customers and it WORKED.
1-3 challenges:
Highly regulated space in advertising, worked with non-performance driven marketers, didn’t have a clear paid marketing strategy in place.
Strategies:
Our core holistic service (Meta Ad Management) was the first step - they had a great book to call funnel that needed traffic.
We pixelated the page with top CAPI tech and then started deploying our creative strategy.
We implemented video and static image creative - and UGC took off for this account - we deployed specific localized ads to get those booked calls.
Ecom: Shortly after - we started running direct response campaigns to get direct purchases to solve a sales bottleneck and sales took off.
